Noreen "Nora" Kristina Greenwald is a Minnesota native who got her start in the professional wrestling business in 1997. A power lifter in high school (she set the Minnesota state powerlifting record for her age group at age 14), Nora drove from Minnesota to Florida with $200 in her pocket and a '65 Oldsmobile under her feet. A friend suggested she try out wrestling, and she decided to try out the business.

Trained by Dean Malenko, she began her professional career in the independent leagues as Starla Sexton, a babyface who would hand out paper stars to the children at ringside. She worked in the independents for two years, briefly holding two regional championships and feuded with Brandi Alexander.

She was picked up by WCW, where she debuted under the ring name "Miss Madness" and was, alongside Gorgeous George and Madusa, a part of "Team Madness" with the Macho Man Randy Savage. This was also where Nora began her career as a trainer, and worked for WCW's Power Plant.

After Savage turned on her, Nora became "Mona" and wrestled in a glittery blue evening gown...and no shoes. Mona naturally feuded with Madusa, then Aysia and Little Jeannie. Backstage, Nora trained most of the Nitro Girls and Daffney.

When Nora was released from WCW (along with most of the women in the wrestling division) as a desperation cost-cutting measure in 2000, the WWF scooped her up.

She worked briefly in the WWF's Memphis territories while waiting for an onscreen spot as William Regal's valet under the name Lady Ophelia. She worked that gimmick in dark matches and as Regal's valet as well.

In 2001, she was re-packaged as Molly Holly, the pigtailed "cousin" of Crash and Bob Holly. She seconded the Hollys in their feud with T&A, getting in some initial matches against Trish Stratus. The Molly character developed a relationship with Spike Dudley, causing both clans to feud.

In late 2001, Molly became "Mighty Molly," the superheroine sidekick to "The Hurricane" Shane Helms. She abruptly turned on the Hurricane in 2002 by whacking him with a frying pan at WrestleMania X8 to get the Hardcore Championship. She lost it an hour later to Christian.

Now firmly a heel, Molly would wrestle in a tank top and long pants. She began referring to herself as "pure" and mocking other divas for their loose morality. The divas countered by saying she had a "fat ass", something picked up by Jerry Lawler and stretched unmercifully in commentary (something that legit hurt Nora's feelings at the time, though she okayed the angle with Stephanie McMahon before it began) and trying to get the crowd to chant "she's a fat ass" at her. An obvious rib on the religeous Nora's unwillingness to strip down for the fed's more morally questionable angles, the gimmick was largely unpopular with Molly's fans. But led to a great series of matches between Nora and Trish Stratus, and Molly's first Women's Championship reign, which began at King of the Ring 2002. Molly brought in Victoria to be her bodyguard, but eventually she dropped the strap back to Stratus in September 2002 at Unforgiven.

Molly won her second world title on July 28th, 2003 on RAW from Gail Kim. Forming a catty faction, Kim and Holly teamed up to battle Trish Stratus and Lita.

Molly lost her belt on February 23rd 2004 to Victoria. This sparked off a brief feud which resulted in Molly getting her head shaved at Wrestlemania XX - an idea she came up with.

This led to a gimmick in which Molly wore many ill-fitting wigs and desperately tried to keep them on her head while wrestling. In the final months of her WWE life Molly ceased wearing the wig and displayed a short-cropped ceaser cut - this is noticable especially during the mock-shower Trish Stratus threw for Lita on RAW, whose character had recently been "forced" to marry Kane and was forcibly impregnated by him.

Her final wrestling-related appearence on a WWE program was at Taboo Tuesday in 2004, during which her school marm outfit was ripped off to reveal a large pair of pink panties.

The WWE continued to use her as a trainer, most notably Nora had a part in training Stacy Kiebler and Trish Stratus. After appering on several Sunday Night Heat telecasts, she parted ways with the WWE in 2005, at least partially due to a disenchantment with the way the WWE treats women's wrestling. She returned for the 15th Anniversary Episode of Raw on December 10th, 2007, appearing in a backstage segment with Hornswoggle, Mickie James and William Regal. Nora continues to appear with independent promotions for autograph signings and sporadic wrestling appearences as she works as a youth councilor; most fameously, she and Lisa "Ivory" Moretti traveled through the US and Canada on a road trip, wrestling for gas money, on their way to Trish Stratus' wedding. Outside of the business, she works for the Minnesota Teen Challenge, a one-year residential drug and alchol rehabilitation program. She's scheduled to appear in the doccumentary "Bloodstained Memoirs", to be released this summer.
